The Constitution day is a national holiday of Andorra. It is on March 14th. The Constitution day is the supreme law of the principality of Andorra. On 14th March of 1993 Andorran people in referendum by assent. The new constitution stipulates that these two officials are Andorra's heads of state. Andorra's first written constitution was drafted in 1991, approved by referendum on March 14th, and its effect on 4 May 1993. The Constitution proclaims that the action of the Andorran State is inspired by the principles of respect and promotion of liberty, equality, justice, tolerance, defence of human rights and dignity of the person. The Constitution is recognizing by human dignity to be inalienable.
