| About Blessed Rainy Day |
| Blessed rainy day is observed end of the monsoon season in Bhutan. On this day all the natural water resources are considered as a holy and citizens are encouraged to take an outdoor bath to be "bad deeds, obstructions and defilements" and gather together bad karma. They will celebrate this day by gathering together for porridge at breakfast time. This day all educational intuitions and Government offices are closed. |
