| About Army Day |
| The Army Day is celebrated on August 1st of every year in China. Today some places, soldiers and their dependents are rewarded with the opportunity to visit tourist attractions for free while some are presented with beneficial books to mark the occasion. The day participates among them were high-ranking government officials and military officers, foreign defense attaches and Chinese community leaders. A communist-led nationalist army staged the first armed uprising in Chinese communist history against the Nationalists on August 1st, 1927. Today celebrates the guests warmly congratulated Senior Colonel Yang and spoke highly of the great achievements in China's economy and military modernization in recent years. The unmistakably rich architecture, friendly locals and interesting history make the experience delightful. Now the Army Day anniversary is used to promote better relationships between the army and civilians. |
