This is celebrated with religious pilgrimages from San Jose to the Nuestra Senora de Los Angeles Basilica in Cartago. This festival is celebration include the street fairs, free music and, of course, loads of lovely food and drinks. They spent a wonderful day hiking to the small village of Los Angeles, Costa Rica, and enjoying the fiesta for the patron saint of the village, and of Costa Rica, Nuestra Senora de Los Angeles. |
