About 25th of March
In Greece the 25th March is being celebrated as the dual celebrations, The Annunciation Day and The Independence Day. The Annunciation Day is being celebrated because on this day, The Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she is going to give birth to the SAVIOUR of the world. The Greece also celebrates The Independence day for which the freedom fighters named Zito H Ellas and Eleftheria H Thanatos lost their lives for getting freedom to the country and even today their struggle for freedom is honoured. On the occasion of Independence Day in Greece there will be a parade of school students and armed forces in every corner of Athens the capital city of Greece. The war of Independence was successful which was raised by Greek revolutionaries between 1821 and 1829.
