| The Sovereignty, Thanksgiving Day is celebrated on May 22nd of every year in Haiti. The Sovereignty is the having supreme, independent authority over a territory. In federal systems of government, sovereignty also refers to powers which a state government possesses independently of the national government. Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival. Traditionally, it is a time to give thanks for the harvest and express gratitude in general. On May 22nd Haiti people are celebrated both day i.e Sovereignty and Thanksgiving Day. |
