| Mozambique is a country in southeastern Africa. It was explored by Vasco da Gama in 1948 and colonized by Portugal in 1505. It is a member of the Community of Portuguese Language countries and the Commonwealth of Nations. On October 4th 1992 there is an agreement that put an end to the war in Mozambique was signed in Rome. It is the day to celebrate as a feast day in Mozambique and also celebrated “Day of peace of Reconciliation” is celebrated. The communities of Sant'Egidio all over the world celebrated this anniversary. The Communities of Sant'Egidio have organised events and meetings in other 72 cities of Mozambique. |
