About Army Day
North Korea is a state in East Asia. Its capital and largest city is Pyongyang. North Korea is a one party state under a united front led by the Korean Workers' Party. An Army Day is celebrated on 25 April annually. The Army day includes the Air Combat Command and the Naval Command. The missiles of various sizes were driven through Kim Il Sung Square. The Korean Military expands to 26 or 27 Corps-level. One of the Corps-level entities is the military security service which was a small criminal investigation bureau prior to 1994. Army Day every year is a holiday. The Korean Peoples Army does serve many vital purposes in North Korean society and in the economy, none related to national defense, except metaphorically.
