| Actually it was the Second Republic of Poland, it’s great achievement of their nation. May 2nd is celebrated as a Polish Flag Day. The flag contain both colors,upper color is white & lower one is red. White-and-red flags were first waved on May 3rd 1916. But, a lot of changes it have now comes with these two colors. To educate people about the history and national symbols it was established. Based on Customs and traditions it has some protocal & treat the flag with respect.
