| The ninth edition of the Transat AG2R will begin on April 20 when the boats will set sail from France to St Barth, where they will arrive about three weeks later. The Figaro Transat AG2R is one of the top events within the famous Figaro circuit which attracts the most formidable of ocean racing talent and is known to be the most competitive class in solo sailing. The race is a double-handed transatlantic and the longest to the Figaro events, starting from the idyllic fishing port of Concarneau, Brittany and finishing in the glamorous Caribbean island of St Barts, a course distance of 3710 miles. |
