| The Eiesta de San Salvador is celebrated on August 3rd of each year in El Salvador. Today they celebrate the day with Sports tournaments, art exhibitions, pantomime shows, theatre, food fairs and other fun events pop up across San Salvador. The festival starts at 4am on 1st August with the typical Alborada Matinal, the early morning wake-up call by live bands that resonates throughout the city. It is not a national holiday because it only reflects the celebration of one city of a country. |
