| About Independence Day |
| The Independence Day is celebrated on 15th of every year in El Salvador. It is the most important day of Salvador. In September 15 1821, they gained their independence from Spain after a long fighting. In this happy day students wear different clothes of white and blue and get ready to march all around the city. The parade is on September 15th. It begins at 7 a.m., and all the students start to march around the stadium while the air force does acrobatics around the town. Parades are the most important activity for the independence celebrations. The parades last the whole day. In this day each school group divides into three parts, the head of the group who marches holding the flag, the players and dancers, and the ones who just march behind the others. |
