Labour Day is to honor all working people. It is a memorial or reminder of the Workers' Movement. It’s celebrated for the economic and social achievements of labor to the society. This day is organized for the eight hour day movement which advocated eight hours for work, eight hours for recreation and eight hours for rest. |
