| Flag Day is celebrated in Ukraine on August 23rd every year. This is a public holiday in Ukraine. This was first introduced in 2006. As advised by the government the the people of Ukraine will hoist Ukraine's blue-yellow flag at their homes and flats on this day. It is the extension to the Ukraine Independence Day celebrations. The people of Ukraine will also celebrate this holiday joyfully and enthusiastic as along with Independence Day. On this day Ukraine's blue-yellow flag will be found flying on flats and you will also find evening fireworks. |
