| In the city of venezula there is a religious festival which will be celebrated every year after three days from 17th November 19th called as La Feria de La Chinita in Maracaibo which extends to the other locations in the state of Zulia. This festival celebration has been remembered for the miracle of the Virgin of Chiquinquira, the patron whose celebrations also been observed by the catholic churches every November 19.The celebrations relate to the monument of the Virgin Mary that stands in front of the Basilica of Chiquinquira. On November 17 at different locations of within the city of Maracaibo there will a procession taken place all night genre known as "Gaita Zulia) On the sports festival .On the sports feast there will be a bull run through out fair and is the traditional game of the Chinita, a game of baseball which has been organized by the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League. |
