Baseball: Tom Seaver and Rollie Fingers elected to Baseball's Hall of Fame,
January 7,1992
Tom Seaver pitched from 1967 to 1987 and was nicknamed "Tom Terrific" and "The Franchise". After Tom Seaver's career was over, he had 311 wins, 3,640 strikeouts and a 2.86 ERA.
Rollie Fingers was a relief pitcher who had his uniform number 34 retired by both the Oakland Athletics and the Milwaukee Brewers.
